Written by Jerry Lordon, who also composed Apache, Wonderful Land, Atlantis, and other instrumental hits for The Shadows, Diamonds was rated in the top twenty of all-time rock intrumentals by Guitar Player magazine and it certainly is! Jet Harris actually wrote back to me when I wrote to him more than once! Classy man in my opinion.
